Excellent service and hostel”
Unfortunately, we planned just one day in Lampang is a very nice place but not that big so we thought that is enough. We just arrived at the Guesthouse and the manager offered to pick some food for us and we were eating together. Later as he is the president of a Harley Davidson's Team and they were having meeting at the evening, he offered us to join them. It was an amazing experience, really nice atmosphere, friendly people and meeting the real Thailand! We will repeat if we come back!!!! We can only recommend to everyone to stay here if you are going to Lampang.

I can't say thanks enough for the 3 days stayed there. The host family were so kind to me, it's a beautiful GH.. kindest people in Lampang.. i will miss the joyful time and all the local people I met.. Wish I could come back soon..

Recommended”
The owner (Uncle Norm) is such a nice and friendly person. He's fluent in English. He allowed us to check in very early in the morning, and also suggested us the places to go and called the local driver for us. Our room (Family Room) is very big and nice. The bed is quite old with some noises when we move but that's not a problem. We also had a problem with the bidet hose in the toilet, but Uncle Norm immediately helped to fix it. The location of the hotel is also good. It is very close to Baan Sao Nak (5 mins walk), and you can also visit Kad Kong Ta with only 10 mins walk as well. You can actually rent a bicycle from the guesthouse itself, or you can rent a bicycle at the coffee shop near Baan Sao Nak as well. Enjoy your stay!

we had a very pleasant stay at TT & T, Norm is a cool guy who is there if you need him but will leave you alone if you prefer. Proper old school place. Not for everyone but we really enjoyed it.

Great owner”
The stay here was great and the owner is super friendly and very kind. He was very nice to share some whiskey and tell some stories about their harley gang. He gave me a T shirt with the name of their group. I would stay here anytime even if to just hang out with the owner.

Cheap & Friendly”
Lovely wood building with bamboo walls. Very friendly owner who likes a drink in the evening. Could do with a tidy reception to improve presentation as it is little more than a garage at present. Rooms at back are on the river and well located for the best Wtas in Lampang.

It's not a center of town, but you can walk to the night market in about 20 min along nude path next to the river. Quite good room , much space. Very nice for that price

Friendly guesthouse and very good value”
The room was spare and the walls were in need of replacement but comfortable and clean. The surroundings were very nicely arranged with comforable sitting places. The owners are very friendly and helpful- lots of practical budget advice. The whole atmosphere is welcoming and nicely casual.The first night I was told about a small night market just around the corner which I never would have been able to figure out on my own. The owner took me downtown on his mootorcycle so that I could find a cheap ride to the bus station. Three very sweet dogs in residence made it fun. It's rare to see dogs well taken care of in Thailand.

Chill guest house, nice location, good people”
We stayed with Noom for 3 nights at his guest house and we had a very relaxed good few days. The room was great and there is a lovely hangout spot downstairs to socialise. The wifi was best downstairs in this chillout zone but didn't really reach our room. We had an en suit which was unexpected so nice! The night market is very close by, as is the house of many pillars. The place was always clean. Overall we had a nice time and stayed an extra day.

Nice size clean rooms. The lizards do come in to the hall outside the rooms and eat the Mosquitos which is cool to watch. Sat and had a beer with the owner and met some nice people. Great chill out place

Nom is the best”
The guest house owner is one of the friendliest and happiest persons i have met so far. He will not shy away from grabbing his guitar and singing with the tourists. His rooms are all in a good shape exept for one matrace that is a bit wavy. Bit still a very recomended place.

Had a drink with the owner...one of the nicest people on earth!! Cute rooms, hot but there is a fan. The shared bathrooms are clean and restaurants/markets are in walking distance. Great stay, highly recommended!!

Very nice room but not so friendly staff”
The hotel is nice and the room are ok. The barhroom are exelent.The staff were not so helpfull as we would like and it was difficult to talk with the staff in english. Sometimes we misunderstood each other and it was difficult because we have problem with the language. The location is in the outside of the City, so you have to go by taxi to come to the center.

Wouldn't stay here again”
Kind of a family and social hub for the owners so difficult to make your own hours. My room was along the driveway and common area and there was often activity late at night. I was also right next to some sort of hot water pump that made noise all night. It's a bit ironic since although I switched in my water heater, my shower never actually got hot before I was finished. The morning I was to check out, I saw a cockroach in my room. I'm quite used to them by now having lived in Thailand for a year, but this was the first I'd seen in any hostel I stayed and I wasn't too eager to delay my checkout any more after that.
