Chill hostel near Fisherman village ”
Really nice hostel with pool, it’s very clean. They also have a nice bar/ restaurant area with nice food, very reasonable prices. There was some confusion with the booking but staff was really nice. Short walk to Fisherman village. Hostel is on a quiet street

Best place to stay in Koh Samui ”
This place feel like my second home, the staff are awesome and really helpful. The food are great and not expensive, also the room are clean. The hostel have a pool and open 24/7, how cool is that!! Forgot to mention that the hostel also have motobike rental so you don't have to go so far to rent one.

Just great”
Well it’s definitely a value for money. Staff is nice and facilities are really good. All clean and nice. Only one problem I can mention is stray dogs living around the area that can easily get aggressive at night time.

Very nice Hostel. Staff Is extremely friendly and they help you with everything! You can easily rent a scooter there. Uhh nice plus: you get a towel. They also have a pool. Unfortunately no curtain on the beds. And breakfast/coffee is not included. Loved my stay, would definitely come back!

Very good”
We were at the Us Hostel for one night and it was great for a layover. They arranged the taxi from the airport and our taxi to the ferry the next day. Staff were frendly and informative. There was some minor construction going on so it was not possible to use the common area/bar but they stopped working at 6 pm so it was understandable. The pool was lovely but there seemed to be some alge so not sure how often it's cleaned. The room smelt musty and the bathroom probably could have been cleaner. For us, for a one night stay this was all fine. It might be different for someone else/ a longer stay.

It is good in general, but needs to improve a little ”
Very clean hostel, but not showers, showers needed to be repaired and cleaned very well, because now it is not very pleasant to use them, it is dirty and red. If you need hot water, you need every time to ask for it at the bar and lady at the bar doesn’t happy with it, she always give you just a half of the cup. Swimming pool looking great, but it smells bad, so I didn’t swim. There are 2 cats, so after rain it smells with cats “things”. A little bit more cleaning, hot water and this place will be perfect. But now for that price - good beds, good rooms, bad pool, bad showers, no kitchen, no fridge, no hot water or microwave. If you need just a good clean bed and room, than it will be great for you!

Cleanliness not upto the mark ”
My biggest disappointment here was the cleanliness and I don’t want to describe it. Located a bit far from the Main Street. But the staff did their best to help me speak to my tour operator.

Nice place but rude staff”
The place itself was nice. The rooms were comfortable. The location wasn't bad. But most of the staff was rude. Especially morning staff. I was reluctantly given hot water and then was watched to see what I was doing with it and felt pressure about using the dining area without buying something from their overpriced menu. They don't smile or say good morning and watch everything you do. I had a terrible checkout experience and even though the lady was there she yelled at me about not checking out the night before which I don't understand because I needed my key and towel for getting in the room and showering in the morning. Additionally, this checkout policy was never explained or mentioned. She was really horrible to me for no reason. They don't understand customer service very well.

Good and cheap choice for a few nights. The location is not ideal since you need to walk a bit to get to the fisherman’s village. The sheets had a bit of staining on them and the room could have been a little bit cleaner

New hostel with cool vib ”
This is a cool hostel with small clean rooms and super clean bathrooms (cleanest shared bathroom ever). They have a small restaurant and bar which was very popular and good walking distance to the fisherman town with lots of restaurants. Previous reviews said this place didn't have a good social scene but we found it the opposite. Lots of young travelers connecting by the bar, pool and around. A bit loud but overall good for the price.

kind staff and clean room”
I stayed for 2 weeks. Perfect place for tourist. I met good people, travelers and kind staff. We can use swimming pool until midnight. I swam watching stars and moon. This hostel gave me many beautiful memories. If I visit Samui again I will stay here again.

Exceptional”
We stayed only one night but would have been happy here for a couple more. The hostel was clean, the room small but comfortable, the people welcoming, and the restaurant and bar on site were reasonably priced. The day we left, there was a free tour of the island offered that I wish we had been able to join. The location is better suited to having a rented motorbike or car. We walked to Fisherman's Village area in about 15-20 minutes, but you do need transportation to see other parts of the island. D make it to Chaweng due to our time being limited because of ferry schedule changes, but was told it was about a 20 minute drive. Only two cons: thought there would have been a reading lamp in the private room since we read each dorm bed had it's own lamp; the music by the bar stayed on until after midnight even though we were told bar closed at 11pm
