Got to be the best value hotel in Pattaya. Rooms are big, new bathroom and a small balcony. Very near to bars, restaurants. Very nice staff. Can only recommend.

Good and budget place for solo traveller”

The property is located in central Pattaya. The songkaew stops at the door and there are several supermarkets, food and entertainment in the vicinity. The room is very spacious, run down and spartan furnished. Very strong wifi and aircon. Not suitable for families, but convenient for a budget solo traveller in search of entertainment.

No hotel for me”

The building is old and doesn’t look modern. It’s a simple hotel which is not worth a stay.

I spent there nearly 1 month and enjoyed it alot. Great staff work in this hotel, very nice and helpful people. I will come back there without hesitation next time, and i will recommend it for my friends. It is not expensive, but the hotel has everything you need.

Good Value”

I have used this hotel before. It is not too expensive witch suits my purposes in a location that is accessible to entertainment, food and beverage . It may not be suitable for families.

Did the job”

Only stayed for one night as we just wanted a stopover to break up our journey. The room was ok but a few stains on the bed and the aircon didn't cool down the room. The staff were very friendly and helped us call the bus company when they were late collecting us. It was good value for money just a shame about the aircon

PROS & CONS”

PROS - located on soi bukhao so the bahtbus' are at your door, staff are helpful and friendly, there's parking but I did't make use of it, drinks available at desk, wi-fi is strong (streamed some sports), laundry across street, 7/11 across street, area to sit out front of hotel and people watch CONS - dated rooms, no window in my room, can hear everything outside in the hallway (not street though so that's good), garbage bin outside room (a few in hallways, they stunk)

Room.is simple and basic , you have sat tv aircon and balcony and fridge , in a lively area . On the street you have the bath bus going in each directions Furnishing is quite old A had a nice stay , staff is friendly
