    “Nice place for a group vacation.”

    Things I like
    The host was very helpful. We had no idea about pre-registration for key collection on the arrival day, but security guards and housekeeper (represent the host) were very helpful and finally we got the key. The room is nice and cosy with pool access. The room is clean and fully equiped with kitchenware stuff. Air conditioners work perfectly.
    Things I don’t like
    The door lock is a digital lock which works so slow. Every time entering the pin, we need to count 1-5 for the door to be openned. Anyway, door lock is very secure. Pool access, actually it's very nice that we can directly access to the pool from our room, but the pool was quite dirty as every body can just walk in. There are full of dirt and strain at the bottom of the pool. Location is a bit far from the city and the access road is not well maintained.

    “Overall a lovely stay but limited if you are planning to prepare any of your own meals.”

    Things I like
    We liked the location and the spacious room. Overall a lovely five days.
    Things I don’t like
    The amenities in the kitchenette were very limited. We had to ask for a tea towel to dry the dishes and a cloth to wash the dishes. Only one small knife for preparing meals, no bowls or plates to prepare food. We weren’t given an extra trash bag. There was only one chair on the balcony and they would not provide another. Also, the clear signage (on three separate gates) indicated we could use one of the Verso hotel pools and we were not briefed on checking in to the contrary. On our penultimate day, the lady in charge came barging into the pool area yelling at us to get up and out! Move from this pool! We weren’t allowed!!! It was very embarrassing to be treated like that. When we showed her the sign she just said NO NO NO! Very un-Thai like. Also very inconvenient to only have one key. We had to move as a unit to be able to access the locked doors.
