Right on the Jomtien beach road. Easy access to stores, beaches, and fun spots. Only complaint is with the front door lock mechanism. Very difficult to open and lock. I will stay here again.

Seedy hotel with shady practices - think twice !”
Spotlessly clean, friendly cleaning staff. Great beach views, as you'd expect from the location. But both rooms I stayed in had a cheap ambience that comes from doing as little maintainance as possible while still giving a superficial appearance of being comfortable. Beware of balcony doors that don't lock or even slide shut properly. And beware of hidden charges that should be stated in advance on the web site, before you arrive - but hey, tourists are suckers, right? Don't expect Agoda to help you, either. Due to this booking I will never use Agoda or its affiliated sites again.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel for many reasons. Music sounds in the bar until 10pm. TV channels are not working. The room and balcony are not clean. The toilet does not have a water pipe for washing. The bed is too small for two people. The staff is good and helpful. The location is good

Other than location this place sucked! The food was OK and price OK but the room sucked! Zig zag old stairs to the room. Rook very noisy! I left after one night after paying for two nights!

Bad Bad Bad not the same picture in the booking website ”
We arrived on the 30 /07/22.The room is big but the room have a Bad smells ghe room was poor the color of the walls is all dirty. We just gave 5o Stay only one night the noise from the bar down stairs is all night we can not sleep so we wait another morning the move to the another hotel. We have the bed bags bits of our back and the skins red rush. I not recommend to book his place .

Tired hotel, great location!”
Room was worn-out, entry through a busy bar/ restaurant, but at that price-point it does the job. Location-wise its fantastic, bang opposite the beach. The toom had an attached balcony which opens to an asbestos roof next door. This is a possible fire hazard, so that's a risk worth taking in to consideration. The deal was breakfast-inclusive, and the plated breakfast was quite filling. Skip the juice though. Overall good value for money, for a solo traveller.

-Great location -180° Ocean views will nice sized balcony. -Small TV but has western channels. - Reasonably hard matress Can certainly stay in much better for the same price but without the view.

Great location and clean beds. Staff attentive (without the exception of one lady who threw the keys at us and huffed and puffed over any questions) Lockers and drawers are dusty and the safety locker box in the room is not working. You can find better value a short walk away from the beach front. But if the beach front is you wish, their balcony rooms are probably a good deal.

In the Heart of Jomtien”
Nice, little guest house in the heart of Jomtien. Large rooms, mine had a kitchenette and was ocean facing. Friendly staff, lively bar and restaurant, all reasonably priced. I would stay here again.
