We have perfect stay in this hotel, They arranged for us few trip and all was good and ontime. Staff and manager give big attention to the guests even noticed the day of my hubby birthday, they surprise us with birthday cake, so amazing and big thanks for that. Also food so deliciouse, bbq on table was worth the money, lots of prawn, chicken, pork, some vegetables , big portion. Every afternoon , hotel have free snack street food in the garden, so nice. , The room very clean and spacious, tried vietnamese massage at the hotel spa, so good, better then outside spa with competitive price. I would certainly come back to this hotel if i visit hoi an in the future. Again thanks for all the staff for make our holiday unforgetable.

Came for one night, stayed for six!”
Beautiful clean spacious room with big balcony, large lovely pool and riverside bar. Local treats by the pool every afternoon were a nice bonus. Staff always friendly and welcoming, knew us by name after the first day. Very short walk to the night market and bridge to the Old Quarter. Hoi An at night is a magical lantern-lit wonderland. Free boat cruise was great! Would have stayed longer if we had more time. You can rent bikes across the street for a dollar a day and it’s a perfect way to explore the surrounding countryside.

Good Resort in a good location”
We enjoyed the resort. We had a river view room and it was interesting with all the boats going up and down the river. The room was also a bit quieter because it was away from the pool which could be noisy sometimes. The room was kept very clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The local food cooked by the river each day was delicious. We also enjoyed the free boat trip. The hotel is in a great location for easy walking to the night market and the old town.

What you see is what you get, How refreshing to see something on the Net which lives up to your expectations. They have got it right. The Hotel is very clean, The facilities are excellent, they go the extra mile for their guests. All the staff that we encountered are welcoming and efficient, the grounds are very well kept and a special mention to the garden maintenance staff, they greeted us everyday with a smile. It's a big Yes we would recommend.

The emerald suite was spacious & great bathroom with bath. Good shower. Nice balcony & furniture. Easy to walk to attractions. Vast selection for breakfast. Pool area lovely. Free Vietnamese snacks every afternoon overlooking river & free boat ride on river too. The staff were very friendly & most helpful. Girls on reception a delight & our cleaning lady surprised us every morning with a animal made from towels & flowers. Beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous property”
I was scheduled to stay at the Emerald Resort but was upgraded to the Riverside Resort (same owners) located about 50 metres away. The property is beautifully landscaped with numerous walking paths and seating areas. My room had a verandah overlooking the pool. Breakfast had many ready made and made to order selections, all of which were tasty and well presented. Seating for breakfast was on a covered open air verandah overlooking the river. A lovely peaceful place well located in walking distance from the Old Town, the large market and the night market. A superb choice.

We stayed here 4 years ago and decided to return as it had been so great the first time. We weren't disappointed either. The rooms were perfectly clean and the staff were consistently delightful. The breakfast selection was simply amazing! It's a quiet, relaxing hotel which is great value too.

We viewed your hotel on the internet and booked it for the location and the room layout. When we arrived and it a pleasant surprise and fare better than the photos or the reviews. We enjoyed every aspect of the fabulous hotel. The staff were professional courteous and accommodating and nothing was to much trouble. Wonderful hotel - Riverside Resort”
Was moved to the Vinh Hung Riverside Resort as they were having a large party at the Emerald Resort. Staff were very helpful, wonderful pool area to cool off and relax. Breakfast was very nice and staff there were lovely. Afternoon tea provided on the lawn was very nice. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely place on the river, friendly helpful staff, very nice rooms.”
Nice quiet location a pleasant 10 minute walk from the historic old town. Recommend a lower level room with view of river and pool. Our upstairs room had a poorly functioning shower and telephone but the staff moved us to a nicer room and were quick to fix any problems and help us with anything we needed.

It was my first time travelling to Vietnam and stayed in this resort, location was great..minutes walk to old town and night market, but the staff are really friendly and welcoming! shout out to the most friendly and helpful reception staff named Ms. Thu, she helped from the beginning until the day we checked out. Pro: good staff, restaurant support for veg food (request basis) , good ameneties, value for money Con: not much. Just that the swimming pool didnt hv life guard most of the times. What stood out : when we asked them for veg food and they quickly served us veg noodles. Also for next day they asked us to give request in advance.. Kid friendly place.

Third time just as good as 1st & 2nd”
Once again stayed at Vihn Hung Emerald and once again loved it! The location is perfect. One to two streets from the hub of the action but at the back of the inlet so resort quiet and peaceful. Daily free street food for all guests from 4-5 is fantastic and such a great way to mix with other travellers. It’s delicious too. Rooms could possibly do with their floor boards being oiled and maybe a fresh kick of paint but apart from that, I can’t fault the place. I plan to return many more times. Big tick of approval from me.

Fabulous ”
Stayed here 10 nights in a downstairs room near the pool. Walking distance to night markets and Ancient Town. Lots of restaurants, mini marts, spas laundries, all within walking distance. Bed is comfortable not hard like most beds in SE Asia. Room was cleaned and made up by 10am each morning. Would definitely stay here again

Close by the ancient town and night market. Resort is overlooking the river. Rooms are comfortable but in need of regular maintenance. Breakfast buffet is good. Compliments to the Guest Relations and General Managers for their prompt response in resolving the challenges we had during our stay. Overall, highly recommend the property!

Great hotel”
This is the second time we have stayed at this resort, and we loved it. A fantastic location near the night market, but away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, which was great at the end of the day. Beautiful pool. The breakfast was varied and they kindly made gluten free pancakes each day for our daughter who is celiac. The 4pm snacks, enjoyed by the river each day, were a highlight. We would come here again.
