Good facilities, Check in and Check out Process Needs Improvement”
The hotel is nice. The place is clean and you will feel safe because of the protocols in place. Unfortunately, it can be traumatizing for first time travelers in the area to deal with the check in and check out process. It took more than 2 hours to check us in and we got in our room at almost 5 pm. They tried to makeup for it by giving us a late checkout but this is not at all ideal especially if you already have a schedule to stick to. The breakfast buffet is good but bring a lot of patience because the line is long and the wait could be a while. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and the breakfast buffet selection is good but the line and waiting time needs improvement. Parking is ample but make sure that you leave your luggage in the lobby before going in the basement to park because they require all luggages to go through the xray machine and the only one that works is the one in the lobby. You would need to carry your luggage from the basement to the lobby instead of being able to just enter the hotel directly through the basement entrance. Food is good but service could take a while. Be wary of your order because restaurant staff may not deliver in full and you would have to wait again for them to deliver the missing order. Bring patience and be extra kind, the staff seems to be doing the best that they can deliver.

We really enjoyed our stay in Widus Hotel. The room is clean. I really love their big bed with soft pillows. The staff are kind, helpful, friendly and courteous. They have a lot of options in their breakfast buffet and the food is great. Thank you so much Widus! We really want to stay again in Widus on our next visit in Subic.

3day staycation at widus hotel”
Had a great stay with our kids. Staffs are all very nice & accommodating. Thankful to ms judy who assisted us and offered to have a free upgrade on our room since we have small kids and we requested id we could check-in early. She was very accommodating and even provided complimentary slice cheesecake for my son whose celebrating his bday on our 2nd day there. The sir at the pool area was also very helpful when i got cramps while at the pool, and was extra friendly to my baby girl too. It was indeed a wonderful 3 days stay. Want to commend also the pastries available on their cafe lounge area. Perfect for me are their cheesecake, cinnamon rolls & the egg tarts. So yummy.

The hotel, lobby, pools, and rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They upgrade our one Deluxe Twin Room to one Executive Double Room so that we would be together in the same building and they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Widus Hotel and Casino to anyone visiting Clark, Pampanga.

Ive been a loyal customer since day 1, i luv widus hotel, clean, good food, nice staff, place is secured, location is very good, we enjoyed our stay here, first plan was to stay for 5nights and extend another 3 nights, i would like to personally thank this two amazing woman in front desk, names are LYKE and DONNA, this two beautiful woman are awesome, they make me and my family feel comfortable and special, very accomodating restaurant staff too, everybody was nice, this two waiters who always help me and really served us well plus the girl who always entertain us, her name is SHARMAINE! They help me looking after my baby too! Thank u guys! U r the hidden gems of this place, it will nver be a good experience without u!

We booked a deluxe room but was upgraded for free to an executive suite. The staff were accomodating. Location is okay especially for us who stayed because we went to Clark Safari and Dinosaur Island which is both at least a 15 minute drive only. Parking was just at the basement, valet is also cheap. Breakfast was at least decent and the pool was clean!

We asked for early check-in coz we will checkout early also and they were kind to accommodate us. The hotel and rooms are all clean and spacious. Staff and services are very good as well... Buffet breakfast has a lot to choose from, and they are all good... Overall we had enjoyed our stay and the hotel is excellent!!

Yie! Beyond expectations!! Super friendly ng staffs and ng guards. :) We will be back here for sure!! Our room is too big for us so really had a good time. late kami nagcheck out kasi ang sarap magstay sa room, nakatulog ulit kami.. We even ask if we can extend out stay sa same room but unfotunately, reserved na siya for the next day. Which is totally fine. And almost forgot! The breakfast is luscious!! I love Widus!

Our stay with this hotel was warm and welcoming. All of the staff are nice and will tru their best not to reject simple requests. Our view from our room was one of the best views I had with hotel rooms. Sun rays seeping through trees. I just hope they would upgrade their TVs to smart ones. But anything else is very nice. Buffet breakfast was nice as well

Good for family vacations”
We chose to stay here during the Christmas weekend and although it was busy, we were still well taken care of. We were traveling with small children and elderly so we needed a lot of assistance. Baggage assistance was prompt and the entire staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was also busy but the food was replenished quickly and adequately. One small drawback is that the pool isn't heated. But all in all it was a comfortable stay for us.

Luxury Staycation for the Weekend”
Our stay at Widus Hotel completed my eldest’s weeklong birthday celebration. It rained hard that night, but we were very comfortable staying at the junior suite of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is great to start your morning. Will definitely get back here again.

I choose this hotel cos compared to others its far better, why ?... firstly it has a child friendly swimming pool with slide depth 4 ft max, has a lovely breakfast buffet with many choices of foods, and the casino is by far better than others around it with live music most days and staff very friendly and accomodating..
