Sad to see such a great hotel with so few people. The room was large and clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great if limited (a selection of a few from a menu). The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was OK if you had a car, which we did.

Comfortable bed, pleasant surroundings”
Comfortable bed is my main criterion, since so many hotelbeds are too hard. This also has two good pillows. My only complaint is that the showerhead in Room 625 is past its due by and needs replacing! Otherwise, I’d happily recommend this place!

Not very friendly 4 star hotel. We sent queries to the hotel by email - NO RESPONSE EVER ! Rooms were very nice. Hotel is way away from all the action. Breakfast was good but it was a set menu.

Good location , lack of staff but still with excellent services mind. The resort itself is quite old and really need renovations. Cleanliness is fair. I mean it would be a greater place to stay if it is renovated as of other in Hansar group.
