Great for close to beach accomodation”
This lovely small hotel I liked very much as there was everything I needed and at the quality level I was looking for. If you are looking for nice accommodation 10 minutes away from Walking Street/Beach Road by taxi for 10-20B, right at nice shallow Jomtien Beach, with all basic facilities in good condition (comfy double-bed, air-con, shower, laundry service etc.) and you do not expect there will be silent all night long then this is hotel for you, non snob-like guys will be more than happy to be here. I certainly was.

No breakfast available but hotel room is cosy and big. Staff are friendly and some can understand English. No hot shower and lift available. But overall, this guesthouse is a good place to stay if you love jomtien beach.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, room is ok clean but lack of decoration and a table where can put our things, but beside that it has a nice big balcony wish is nice after a day on the beach to have a drink and look at the sea.

we really like the location of this guesthouse. we stayed on the top floor which provides a full sea view without anything blocking. the room is spacious and comfortable. very nice and clean with a big balcony. however, the outside chair should be higher because we couldn't see the ocean if we sat on the chair. the bar stool would be perfect for sitting in the balcony area. definitely want to come back again.

The view from the "deluxe sea view" room we had is actually of lousy buildings just 4 meters opposite; you can't see the sea from the room at all However, if the hotel management does not understand "deluxe" and "sea view", they understand very well how to save costs: saving on cleaning (filthy bathroom with broken cupboards), no renewal of the 2 ml shampoo packets other guesthouses provide daily, etc...

There's a cleaner (older lady) who starts speak very loudly in the hallway every morning about 8.30 AM. So if you don't want to wake up that early, go elsewhere.
