I had no doubts about the room or the pool on the roof. Everything was like on the pictures. Keep in mind, that the facilities on the "B" floor are mostly was broken or unusable (snooker or mini football games was in very bad condition), big TV on the "B" floor worked, but it did not have any channels and internet did not work there (i was there for 2 weeks in high season with permanent lack of the internet). but if u buy 4G unlimited mobile internet and netflix account you can enjoy that area (unless somebody is playing pool at the same time). i was extra charged for the electricity. for me it was about 700 THB for 2 weeks. i did not get any bed sheets change or room cleaning in 2 weeks period, so i had to resolve it by my own. free wifi did not worked 80% of the time. in other time it worked badly. the staff is very friendly. the beach nearby is nice. the sea is polluted (plastic, waste, cigarettes, condoms...). it is not about exactly this place - it is pattaya problem. just fyi.

- Die Übergabe des Appartement war eine einzige Zumutung. Aus unerklärliche Gründen musste die eine der beiden Mitarbeiterinnen irgend eine Kopie besorgen, so dass eine zusätzliche Wartezeit von 45 Minuten entstand... - In Zusammenhang mit der zu leistenden Kaution gab es unterschiedliche Auffassungen, die auch auf der Agoda unverständliche Erklärung in der Apartment-Beschreibung basieren. Das selbe bei der Stromberechnung, die auch fast doppelt so hoch, wie im Pattaya-Durchschnitt ist! - Es gab zur Übergabe keinerlei Ersatzbettwäsche was bei einer Gesamtdauer von 42 Übernachtungen in keiner weise akzeptabel ist. - Es wurden nur zwei Handtücher und ein Duschvorleger übergeben, deren unmöglicher Zustand in den angehängten Fotos einsehbar sind. (Wenn es geht!) - Auf Anfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich weitere Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu bezahlen hätte, „man sei ja kein Hotel“! Solche Aussagen sind mehr als respektlos!! So etwas habe ich bei keinen meiner zahlreichen Übernachtungen in Pattaya in den letzten 10 Jahren so erlebt. - Der im Appartement übergebene Kühlschrank war defekt, so dass bei der Nutzung eine Lärmbelästigung entstand, bei dem eine normale Nachtruhe unmöglich war. Zum Glück wurde dieser durch einen neuen ersetzt. - Durch Unterstützung von Agoda, danke nochmal dafür, erhielt ich im Verlaufe der ersten Woche dann Reserve-Bettwäsche und zwei vernünftige Handtücher. - ich gebe also dem Appartement 2410 das Prädikat " Absolut NICHT empfehlenswert"
