In its day was a condo area.. Now being rented as a hotel... So many places have closed close to here so making it a little out of the way.. The rooms are large, good aircon. Plenty of seating and a brilliant balcony with seating also... Bath, shower, big bathroom... Had to ask for cleaning but then got a notice to put outside door so ended up OK.. Good big bed and small single.. Little bit hard... What I really liked was the swimming pool.. 2 of them, really big and the adult pool was deep which I love and is hard to get in Pattaya /naklua... I liked it and is easy for transport but I would think a motorbike would be better for staying here...

This hotel had just reopened as a hotel and the impression was they were a bit undecided whether to open or not seemed short staffed; and lacking in facilities there was no food or laundry available, the front desk was staffed only during the day, there was 1 cleaner so the rooms cleaned every 2nd day had to ask at reception for water. The big negative for me was the wifi didnt work in the rooms you could connect to the hotel wifi but no internet for the week of my stay It did work at reception but the mosquitoes were very bad there when no staff. The room was great huge and god for a family a couple of defects which could have been easily fixed ot a big worry as long as known about. The pool was lovely but a lot of the little cafes and laundries around have closed so i used Naklua market in the morning The hotel is about 400 metres down naklua soi 16/2 the main Naklua road is well served by transport surrounded by worker camps where food stalls appear at the end of the working day

Nice converted condo, mostly Russians”
Almost 100% of the guests are Russian families, I think through a tour group. It is not a hotel but a converted condo. The pool is nice and big but all the lounge chairs are reserved by guests quite early, wish they would add more cushions to some of the chairs that don’t have them. Buffet breakfast is ok not great. Location is pretty close to a nice beach and a nice restaurant. The surrounding area caterers heavily to Russians. The rooms are large, make sure to get one overlooking the pool, has a nice private balcony with lounge chairs . They have pizza delivery at night. No coffee in room only hot water. Has a hair dryer in bathroom. Lighting for makeup mirror is poor. Our room had a king bed a double bed and a day bed! Not walking distance to central Pattaya but a short cab ride. I probably wouldn’t stay again but it isn’t a bad place to stay.

Huge room, nice balcony to sit out, comfy, had a kettle which was a bonus. Clean but a couple if known defects missing drawer front and a drip from the toilet. Reception only manned during the day and only 1 maid meant room cleaning every 2nd day had to ask at reception for your bottled water. This would be ok if a dustpan and brush available and mosquito spray the mozzies were bad especially around the reception and as the wifi in the rooms did not work if you wanted wifi you had to sit at reception and get eaten alive at night every day i was told the wifi would be fixed but a week later it wasnt Swimming pools were lovely 2 big pools which were quite deep even the kids pool was a little deep and it was small My youngest just learning to swim There was a small gym with treadmill exercise bike ang light weights and a childrens play area which was in disrepair. There was no food available either in hotel or room but i did see some grab food delivery drivers around likewise all the other cafes and convenience stores had also closed during covid The hotel is located in Naklua soi 16/2 about 400 meters down surrounded by worker camps although you have to walk in and out of the soi Naklua road is well served by transport and the baht bus. A couple of cafes at the entrance to the soi but opened quite late so we went to Naklua market in the morning No laundry service or washing machines and all the local shops seem to have gone during the covid A coin washing machine wold be great I would book this again it was a good family size room at a good price but they need to fix the wifi There wasn't a lot of service but i got a big room for a low price and the kids loved it

I was told the Wongomat Privacy residence reopened as a hotel December 21 after being closed for a year due to covid restrictions. It doesnt seem to have re opened fully The reception is only manned during the day and only 1 cleaner so although i paid the daily rate the room was cleaned every 2nd day and if you wanted the water you had to ask reception. The room was huge it was a family room which is not so easy to find It did have a kettle whic was u bonus but the wifi did not work in the room you were able to connect to the hotels network but no internet i told the reception about this daily and daily the acted suprised. The room was really nice big comfy but it did have a couple of defects drip from the toilet, the front of a drawer missing but staff aware i didnt pay a lot for the room so quite acceptable. The location is Naklua soi 16/2 The soi being the sidestreet on the main road (Naklua) Naklua is very well served by baht bus transport but you have to walk down the soi which is full of worker camps and a little quiet No food was available although i did see the grab food motorbikes in attendance if you can get a few menus from somewhere reception didnt have any It seems a lot of the cafes and family marts in the area have also closed a few places to eat on Naklua road but they didnt open early so i used Naklua market in the morning Swimming pool was very good if a little deep for my liking with young children who have more confidence in their swimming than i do There was a kids pool also a lbit deep for small children and a small gym and playground although the playground has been neglected i enjoyed my stay kids loved it and i would go back the wifi was a let down You could get wifi in the lobby if you could stand the mosquitos No laundry available and all the local laundrys seem to have closed which was a miss as i extended my stay i was expecting coin washing machines or something as a lot of long stay residents Not sure if this place will stay o

This is a huge appartment about a five minute walk from main road. Two big swimming pools and undercover parking. Maintenance is not a priority so cracks in concrete and the odd loose paver are the norm here as in most places in Pattaya.That said I would recommend this hotel for family holiday, is quiet and peaceful, not the place for party animals.

The hotel has struggled for the last 2 years due to COVID. It is an older hotel with huge rooms, big balconies, bathrooms and bedrooms. It has 2 big swimming pools. Only 500 m from the beach, family mart, 7/11 and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel needs refurbishment but can be forgiven from the last 2 years and once the hotel gets in the guests they will be ok. I would book again.

I stayed here in January and couldnt ind anything else that suited my needs better this time i need the amily room with the extra bed and the rooms here are huge. Swimming pool is also a plus. There is a lack o service and facilities offset by the cheap price There is no food or laundry at the hotel and if you add to that all the convenience stores and laundries in the area seem to be closing for this reason i fealt the location was not as good as last time purely because other shops like the little cae at the end of the road and the family mart have closed meaning you have to go quite a distance for food, laundry and shopping again the wifi in my room did not work until the last day I think it is ideal for longstay with your own transport but or a short holiday with a family of 4 transport and using 4 x mobile wifi instead of hotels mean i would have been better paying more for a more central location

It can be very quiet within the restrictions of the building. It has a large pool area to chill day and night. It is secluded, meaning no bar noise about and unrestricted access to the property when needed. The large rooms are a pleasure, and the large balconies invite to chill on the cushioned sun chairs. Please improve the maintenance of everything: broken faucets, broken and non-lubricated (super noisy) air conditioning inside and outside, broken lamps, broken WiFi, etc. Please provide cutlery and dishes to eat with. There is nothing in the kitchenette. Also provide handwashing soap. This property needs stronger management oversight and quality control. Perhaps the COVID situation has something to do with it. Avoid room 1104.

Old condo style without services ”
This hotel is like an old lady who used to be beautiful but is now showing its age. Rooms are huge and nicely furnished with heavy wood furniture. Aircon very noisy. Facilities are not well maintained. Absolutely no services besides one receptionist and a guard. No breakfast, no restaurant, no gym, broken safe. A huge pool. Very empty place.

The rooms are big, bath and shower, big bathroom as well.. Tv is limited.. Small also.. Beds are like bricks but a single and a double.. Big refrigerator, kettle.... Table small and big.. Aircon works well... 2 pools, kids pool and adult one.. The adult one is great if you like a deep pool... It's out of the way.. Nothing around... The place looks dated and run down.. The front desk only maned daytime Cleaning didn't happen until I complained then it's every day.. All in all it cheap enough but covid seems to have closed everything close.
