Out of 6 hotels in Thailand i think Your place was the best for the price. i loved the whole bungalow room with a veranda. We paid for a fan bungalow and got a upgrade to air cone for free, don't know why. did not ask any questions! The bathroom is a bit run down but did the job. Everything you need is around you, 711, bike hire,bookings, ect is like 10meters walk away! The restaurant and bar is fantastic! on the beach 2m away from water! The ocean and beach is not so cool for swimming though but ok for just chilling! Book here! Very nice spot!

Great location, great staff, great price”
The bungalows are basic but totally adeqaute, I stayed in a fan bugalow which was fine. Cold water shower only, again, for the price and the Island temperature this is fine. The staff were very pleasant and the beachside restaurant has a varied and well priced menu and entertainment. If you are on a budget and want somewhere clean and decent, you can't go wrong with this place....Your Place

Value for money!”
Superb hotel for a really cheap price. Less than 10 mins walk to the main Chaweng street - far enough from the noise yet close enough to walk to the main areas. Hotel was small and cozy, and the beach cafe is awesome - you can basically dine just 2 metres from the seawater! The staffs were friendly and helpful with enough basic English proficiency. Would definitely recommend this for people on a budget, and who's willing to walk a bit (you can also rent scooters though).

It was great here. Wonderful staff, from the cleaners to the bar staff. My room was cleaned very well every day and I had visits from cute little kittens every day too! It is a relaxed, friendly and very decently priced place.

Great location & restaurant. Room ok”
Stayed in a basic fan room which was....very basic. Security in the room was questionable & bathroom was a bit mouldy but the location on Chaweng beach is great and Your Place restaurant right on the water is fantastic!

Cheap prices for d great stay,suitable for a budget traveller. Its near to the beach; about 10-15 minutes walkaway to town. If you are a pet lover, you gonna love it here. The owner has adorable cats and cute dogs there. An ideal places for someone who enjoy tranquility..

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The bungalow was rustic but functional.”
The staff cleaned the room daily and handled requests with grace and charm. Washroom is very basic and water pressure/ volume is low. The restaurant disappointed with a poorly cooked fish one evening, and was otherwise the food not dazzling but certainly edible. As you are near the north end of the beach, it's a good long walk to get to the centre of the beach and of the town where many more restaurants and clubs are found. All in all, a good friendly budget resort.

Great location at bargain price”
Great little huts situated right on Koh Samui beach. The restaurant was good value, with a large menu choice. The little huts are basic - we opted for the air conditioning option. They have a little balcony and all face onto each other. Bed, table, storage space and bathroom, all you need really for a short stay. Great value for money. Also, there's a cat protection lady who lives there, so you're always surrounded by these great rescued cats. I would stay there again.

Good Location, Poor Facilities”
Awesome location right on the beach with a great beachfront restaurant. However, bungalow was full of mosquitoes (as indicated in many other reviews). Large bed and nice front porch on the bungalow. Really, it was a great place to stay if it wasn’t for the ridiculous number of mosquitoes and lack of mosquito net. Standing water in bathroom appeared to be breeding ground for the bugs. Not terrible for the price and location, but would recommend spending a little more for a nicer place. Also not ideal for solo travelers as this area of the island is mainly families/couples.

Quite cheap, not for long stay”
It was cheaper to pay by agoda than on place, such instructions I got in the reception. "Standard Fan Bungalow" it was small bungalow in bad condition, very stinky inside, many bungalows very close to each other. Beach very poor, because of sand, or rather mood, it was the worst part of the beach, if you want gold sand you have to choose more south part of the Chaweng beach, or even Lamai Beach was more beautyfull with less tourists. There are better resorts in the same price range.

Stayed about 5 days...”
I like this place. The food on the beach was nice. The little bungalows point toward a garden courtyard so it was fairly quite here despite Samui's busy tourist sector. There are safety deposit boxes in the owner's lobby so one could secure cash/passports. Laundry facility next door, a 7/11 across the street. I would stay here again.

The staff is friendly, its very near the beach but the beach is not nice. I suggest to go lamai beach or chaweng beach. Room looks a little bit old and lack of necessary equipment.

Very basic accommodation, but right on the beach!”
Not a bad place for $9 night. Certainly the most reasonable accommodation on the beach. Big room with fan and air-conditioning for an extra charge. No hot water heater, you can see where it used to be mounted in the shower, electric wires still there and exposed. Door locks are a joke, but the area still feels very safe.

Bang on the beach. Room wasn't perfect but price was pretty good value for money. Food is decent. Place comes alive later at night.

Nice Location, Nice room, nice people”
I stayed in a small fan room for about 2 weeks. The people are really friendly, cleaning every day, and a popular restaurant. It's abiut a 15 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants in the town.
